The Program on Law and Political Economy at Harvard Law School is pleased to announce the publication of a new report, An Anti-Oligarchy Framework for Constitutional Labor Advocacy. Developed in collaboration with the Leadership Center for Attorney General Studies, the report draws on a robust LPE literature on labor constitutionalism to offer advocacy insights aimed at securing workers’ fundamental rights as the foundation for constitutional democracy.
